Steel Wire Rope Performance Testing Team

The testing center has been accredited by CMA as a specialized testing lab for steel wire rope. It has nine testing researcher, among them there are three senior engineers, including one honored with professor engineer title, and four of them are engineers. The center has set up three professional testing lab, they are mechanics lab, metallographical lab and chemical lab. With specialized equipments such as electron microscope, wire drawing fatigue-testing machine, and wire rope bending fatigue-testing machine, they can not only carry out the routine mechanical test, chemical and metallographical analysis of wire and wire rope, but also conduct failure analysis, fatigure test and performance assess. Thus give support to wire rope design and process optimization.
